Dear Sir,
Further to the receipt of Work Order Reference xxx dated 26th May xxx and to our subsequent letter reference AE1039/LET-15/AM-rmp-001 dated 1st June 2015 regarding the Supply and Installation of Wardrobes and Kitchen Cabinets for the above referred project, we are submitting herewith 2 copies of the Work Order duly signed along with the following amendments.
- Completion Date shall be 20th July xxx as mentioned in Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors letter reference xxx dated 1st June xxx.
- No Advance Payment Bank Guarantee and Performance Bond Guarantee as mentioned in Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors letter reference xxx dated 1st June xxx.
- Any deviation between Tender Drawings/Specifications and the approved Shop Drawings/Specifications shall constitute a variation to the contract.
- Applicability of the Main Contract provisions to the Subcontract works shall be limited to the execution of the works not with any warranties required under the Main Contract, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors warranty is limited up to the end of Defects Liability Period of 1 year only.
We understand that in the absence of a formal Subcontract Agreement being signed by both parties, the issued Work Order reference xxx dated 26th May xxx along with the above-mentioned amendments will constitute a binding agreement between the parties.
