Dear Mr. Yang,
This is to put on record that our certification for the month of March 2020 which was due on the 15th of April xxx in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement, is still not received and is now delayed by two weeks.
We also raise again a serious concern that the transport detention charges included in previous payment applications, resulting from the inability of the site to offload the delivered trailers, are still not certified. The total cumulative amount is AED xxx.
We therefore urge you to issue the certification on an immediate basis.
