Subject :     Wire colors clarification

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we are still awaiting the receipt of the color coding of the electrical wires for the project. We have been consistently coordinating with your technical teams to receive this information which until today has not yet been shared.

Please note that without the necessary information on wire color codes, M/s xxx (Contractor Name) is unable to place purchase orders with the supplier and ensure the supply of material for production.

We urge you to expedite the release of this information to allow us to place our orders. We remind you that a lead time of approximately 8 weeks is required to secure the material if stocks matching your requirements are not available locally.

Any delay in receiving the information above may have an impact on production and delivery of Pods for which M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will not be held accountable.
