Dear Sir,

We acknowledged receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 5^th July xxx regarding your request to revise and re-submit the warranties for our scope of works. Please be informed that as per mutually signed subcontract agreement No: xxx dated 25^th of February xxx, this is to confirm that xxx Interiors LLC will supply material and carry out works that fully comply with specifications and approved materials.

Period of Warranty:

xxx Interiors LLC commits to warrant the supplied materials as per the contractual obligation for 12 months commencing from the following dates;

• From the 2^nd April xxx until 1^st April xxx for Plot E
• From 14^th May xxx until 13^th May xxx for Plot D

The accessories (Door’s Ironmongery) are supplied by Al xxx Contractor and will be as per suppliers’ warranties.

Below conditions shall be available in the site to avail the warranty;

1. The project is properly secured against intruders.
2. The Project Air Conditioning is on working condition.
3. The working places are coordinated with xxx Interiors LLC to prevent damages from other subcontractors.
