Dear Sir,

We refer to our above referenced letters regarding the submitted Variation Works in which we have not received any reply or any approval from you on the submitted costs, please be reminded that in accordance with the signed Work Order, we shall proceed only with these works once an instruction and approval will be issued by the Engineer.

In view of the above, we request for your immediate approval of the submitted variation cost in order to not delay the project. Any delay in the approval of the variation works submitted that will delay the project completion is not our responsibility; we reserve our rights for extension of time in this regard.
