Subject:            Variation No. 2 – Revised Cost

Dear Sir,

Further to our letter reference xxx dated 8th October xxx regarding the Variation No. 2 and to the recent instruction we received to add cover to the cooker, we are pleased to submit our revised cost for the Variation No. 2 as per the below details;

  • Deletion of internal drawers handles will cover the extra cost for the changing of Wardrobe handles from 200mm to 350mm length, hence, no cost implication.
  • To keep the filler panel and no change will be required, hence, no cost implication.
  • Vanity Unit opens shelves to change from melamine to veneer same color as door, no cost implication.
  • Removal of carcass on the Kitchen based Unit to accommodate the washing machine and the addition of the carcass & front cover for the cooker will equate the variation, no cost implication.

However, for the addition of Plinth Block (architrave shoe) on each face of door and the increasing of the height of the Kitchen Wall Unit, there will be corresponding cost implications as summarized below;
