Subject:            Variation No. 2 – Additional Cost

Dear Sir,

We refer to our letter reference xxx dated 28^th September xxx and to your subsequent letters reference xxx dated 29^th September xxx and reference xxx dated 3^rd October xxx in relation to your instruction to proceed and the Consultant’s comments respectively.

Please be informed that we agree on the Consultant’s comments as follows;

• Deletion of internal drawers handles will cover the extra cost for the changing of Wardrobe handles from 200mm to 350mm length, hence, no cost implication.
• To keep the filler panel and no change will be required, hence, no cost implication.
• Vanity Unit opens shelves to change from melamine to veneer same color as door, no cost implication.

However, for the addition of Plinth Block (architrave shoe) on each face of door, the increasing of the height of the Kitchen Wall Unit and the deletion of the carcass for the Kitchen Base Unit, there will be corresponding cost implications as summarized below;
