Subject : Variation in Granite Top
Dear Sir,
We refer to our letter reference xxx site dated 13th August xxx and to your subsequent email dated 16th August xxx wherein you have instructed us to proceed with the production and installation of the stone top in order to avoid delays.
In view of the above, please be informed that aside from quantities difference, there will be AED 78 / Rm difference in unit rate (refer to the attached quotation from Al Reef Marble) between the 600mm wide and the stone top with more than 600mm wide, accordingly once all the Kitchen Cabinet have been installed, we will submit the final cost of the variation in accordance with the variation that will be submitted by Al Reef Marble plus 15% Overhead & Profit.
