We refer to our submitted variation costs for the above referred project references as mentioned above, we would like to inform you that to date we did not receive the approval of the submitted costs or any feedback regarding the same which may affect the delivery of the project.

In view of the above, we request for the expedition of the variation assessment and issue the corresponding approval in order to not affect the project construction program, as any delay in issuing the approval will affect the completion of the work which shall not be attributed as Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors default.
