Subject : Regarding vanity counter issue and verbal discussion in meeting dated 06.02.17
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, as we had the meeting with the vanity subcontractor which clients have indicated that they are going to nominate vanity subcontractor i.e., M./s Home Center and we also had another meeting with the supplier that client is nominating only to supply the vanity counter but we have the specification for supply and fixing of granite/ marble or corian vanity counter which shall be AED 1200.00 /Rm .
So, kindly note the following:
- Client should nominate the vanity counter for supply and fixing and benchmark PC item rate is AED 1200.00 /Rm .BOQ on bill no.7/2/4 (copy attached) .
- Kindly provide us letter of nomination with full scope of nominated subcontractor.
So, the main contractor will not carry the responsibility for fixing the vanity counter and requesting the client to nominate with supply and fixing as per our specification since it is a PC item .
