Subject:            Regarding update of lift nominated sub-contractor and update for follow up with Schindler Pars Intl Ltd

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we are here by intimating our follow up for the nominated sub-contractor Schindler for the three projects by the employee and we are facing the co-ordination problem right from the beginning and kindly note the following:

1. They have taken long time to sign the agreement and to finish the terms and conditions, since we are following up with many different channels due to their change of staff.
2. Shop drawing prepared and submitted by them is not as per the tender drawing provided by the employer and the shop drawings submitted by them is not as per our approved drawings which are provided by us to them.
3. As we are following up for the sample board since long time and they have intimated us that they are following up with client directly since same Schindler sub-contractor has three projects under them from the employer.
4. The dumb waiter which is supposed to be supplied and fixed by Schindler   group, they have another supplier sub-contractor as per verbal information by Schindler representative in meeting held on dt.31.08.16 and the drawings submitted are not as per our site measurements and project specifications, they have provided us drawing from template with minor modification and with minimum details.
5. They have send engineer to site two weeks back and he did not send us any report related to any discrepancies comparing the site measurements with drawings.

So, we would like to intimate you that Chirag Contracting facilitated the agreement which is nominated by client for many projects and Chirag Contracting should not be held responsible for any delay due to performance of nominated contractor as explained above and due to prejudice/ conflict of interest.
