With reference to the above, we the main contractor M/s xxx contracting LLC , PO Box:xxx, Tel: xxx, are confirming and undertaking the full responsibility for the safety of the building with existing changes as first floor slab beams wherever the jacketing required.
Furthermore, we are undertaking the responsibility of the entire building safety because of these modifications in the structure at first floor slab area. We also assure to follow the approved drawing, method statement and material for the jacketing.
So, this undertaking is issued as per your comments mentioned in our application no.241570-23-1
