Dear Mr. xxx,

Based on the approved shop drawings received on 2^nd of February, we require minimum 15 days to produce the 3 ground floor pods. The mould works for the floors are already stated and these are expected to cast only on Wednesday 11^th of February.

The latest delivery of the ground floor pods will be on 18^th of February at site. We will do all possible to improve this date and will update you accordingly.
