Subject                                 : TYPE “C” – Mock up Pods.

Dear Mr. xxx,

Please be informed that we need the following to start working on the Type C mock up Villa. 

• Approvals of the Drawings for Type ‘C’ Ground floor and first floor Pods.

Drawings Submitted    : Ground Floor Pods    – 20^th January xxx.

                                    : First Floor Pods         – 28^th January xxx.

• Free Issue Materials required for the Mock up pods. Please refer xxx Page-3 for the list of free issue items.

We want to send the completed mock up pods to site as this is the only way to get the finished over view of the bathrooms.

The finish and quality of the pods done in our factory cannot be matched with the pods finished at site. So we request xxx Engineering to do all need to deliver these free issue materials to our factory to finish one mock up villa at the earliest.

We can submit the BOQ of the mock up Villa once we have our approved drawings. Your cooperation and support is highly appreciated as always.
