Dear Sir,

With ref. to above, we would like to inform you that still you did not provide the following:

1. Three sets of complete agreement with filling all the blanks  as per the requirement of Arkiplan along with softcopy.
2. Provide the invoice along with the bank guarantee during same time with agreement sets.( Three sets with Stamp)
3. The status of the Shop drawing as mutually agreed with client in advance along with order placement and delivery schedule.
4. Provide us the communication protocol including organization chart with contact numbers.

Kindly do the needful urgently to avoid any delay since we are waiting for all the above mentioned documents and soft copy.
