Subject : To claim variation in Invoice no 13, carried out for client Due to xxx work.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we would like to intimate you that we will claim our varaiton amount in the next invoice for the month of April 2017, for the variation work carried out for SS Lootha and intimated the same a year earlier.
- The Variation submitted summary is attached for your review. Total amount is
AED 33,795.00 with break down provided along with the same.
- Variation for water proofing works AED 10,861.00 as per Variation No. 4 (Page 40-47) with letter AP/CC/58/16 Dated 10.05.2016.
- Our letter Ref:CC/AP/343/17 dated 23.03.2017 is self explanatory and our variation will be included in the Invoice No. 13 amd must be approved for payment.
So, this is for your kind intinmation that contractor completed the variation work a year ago and need to be approved in our invoice with due diligency as our legitimate rights.
