The waive off 365 days  DLP period

Subject         :  The waive off 365 days  DLP period for xxx Contracting against xxx

                         DLP that is  one year (1) as agreed by the client verbally.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject the client agreed verbally the meeting with xxx that client will accept the following:

1. Date of handing over is the from the date of civil defense certificate issued by NAFCO and 5% will release after handing over the civil defense certificate by NAFCO and guarantee/warrantee including shop drawing.
2. xxx is not ready to sign the contract  document and they want to add the 5% VAT ,this new requirement for payment terms was not mention in the original nomination and addendum nomination issued by the consultant

So, kindly issue a waive  off letter by confirming DLP period for NAFCO is 365 days from date of civil defence certificate as well as resolves the issue of the VAT.
