Subject :     The Engineer’s comments on draft warranty

Dear Sir,

We are writing in response to your letter reference: xxx dated 22 September xxx, please note that we have conveyed the Engineer’s comments on the draft warranty to the light supplier/manufacturer.

The official supplier response is attached. Please note that as an alternative on the draft warranty of 5 years from date of supply, the supplier is ready to provide a warranty of 4 years from TOC as detailed in his letter attached.

Please note that in accordance with our Subcontract, Unipods will pass on all manufacturers’ warranties for products & materials used within the construction and fit-out of the pod.

Accordingly, kindly find attached herewith the revised draft warranty as received.

Considering that the above is the only pending comment on warranties, we trust that the above supplier response and draft warranty will be accepted by the Engineer which will close out the operation and manual approvals.
