Subject : Temporary Stoppage of Pods delivery due to the Supreme Committee movement ban.
Dear Mr. xxx,
With reference to the night movement ban imposed by the Supreme Committee of the Sultanate of Oman night from October 11th to 24th xxxx and your request to hold the delivery of pods during this period (Email attached), we would like to inform you that the pods production is maintained without stoppage and deliveries can be immediately resumed upon your confirmation.
Please be informed that Xxx was ahead of the Good Will delivery schedule in terms of deliveries and is still ahead of the Good Will schedule in terms of production.
However, as per the previous Good Will schedule, the last dispatch was supposed to leave our factory by 12th November, and with this current stoppage, this date may elapse.
Once we are able to resume the pods delivery, will be ready to increase the rate of the deliveries from 6 to 12 pods/day upon your request in order to help you recover the impact of the stoppage, but for that to be achieved, your collaboration is a must in terms of arranging the logistics and the clearance required so our team can offload all the pods and avoid detention charges from the transporters.
Looking forward to receive the confirmation to proceed with the deliveries at the earliest as we have more than 60 pods ready to deliver immediately as of today and another 100 pods in the production line which is choking our factory space.
