Sub : Regarding electrical switch socket location mismatching with opening in head board to receive switches and sockets cover and issue at site.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above , and our concern that head board mock up sample fixed by Home Center have opening cut in head board and our location of GI boxes with wires not matching with cut out kept in head board, which is prepared in factory and kindly note the following.
- We executed work as per drawing dimension mock up to 11th floor and inspected by your team as per drawing issued by ID and home center also involved in mock up during clearance the partition in unit no 5 & 6.
- The mock up car cass supposed to fix in mock up room many months before for coordination and Home center PM supposed to have close coordination with us floor to floor as regular basis, which did not happen and we intimated many time to client through your office.
- Now home center suggested to fix additional GI box with adopter, either home center should manage this or it is variation work for us now.
So, we want to request to client through your good office to resolve this additional work issue either through home center or issue us variation order to execute the same.
