Subject: Swimming pool drawing issue
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to intimate you that ,pool drawings are again and again being commented because you are not following the consultant comments issued previously due to which again the pool drawings has been returned. (cover sheet attached)
You are hereby instructed, please provide your concerned engineer to have a meeting with consultant to understand the requirement of consultant in order to finish this issue.
Furthermore, if you will not resolve this issue you are solely responsible for the delay of document approval .
Please note that ,this is top urgent and Our 14th slab work is going to stop due to the same.
So, provide us the available time when your team can attend the meeting with consultant or may be at site office.
This is for your kind information and immediate action and also write a letter for environment approval as per the consultant’s intimation.
