Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 6th June xxx in response to our letter reference xxx dated 1st June xxx regarding the above referred project and subject.
In response to your letter, we would like you to consider the following;
- Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will follow the drawings upon receiving approved shop drawings which is received by ASCON on 24th May xxx with reference no. WSD-AE1033-001, any deviation from those drawings will be considered as a variation.
- Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will follow the submitted schedule to the Client with the completion date of 20th July 2015, the Client is well informed and agreed on this scheduled completion date.
- Please revise the payment terms to be 100% progress payment based on the below schedule of application and payable within 14 days from the date of application.
