We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 6^th June xxx in response to our letter reference xxx dated 1^st June xxx regarding the above referred project and subject.

In response to your letter, we would like you to consider the following;

• Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will follow the drawings upon receiving approved shop drawings which is received by ASCON on 24^th May xxx with reference no. WSD-AE1033-001, any deviation from those drawings will be considered as a variation.
• Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will follow the submitted schedule to the Client with the completion date of 20^th July 2015, the Client is well informed and agreed on this scheduled completion date.
• Please revise the payment terms to be 100% progress payment based on the below schedule of application and payable within 14 days from the date of application.
