Subject : Submission of variation order no-18 and request to release the variation work instruction.

With reference to above, we are here by submitting the variation work which is required for swimming pool pump room as we discussed and intimated before for the requirement during the pool drawing approval.
Furthermore it is a essenial to have waterproofing with protection at wet area and other MEP variation which inlisted in the variation summary will also be submitted after your variation instruction issued to us.
This is for your kind imformation that the main contrctor reqyuied the variation work instruction perior to excute the work and we will not be held responsible if instruction will not be issued for addition of the pump room in the drawing below the pooldeck.
