Subject           : Submission of the test report from laboratory for 16 & 25 mm Jindal steel as   per your ref. AP/269/CC/446 dated 28 October xxx.

Dear Sir,

With reference to CC/AP/624/17 and your above mentioned communication, we have test report from laboratory and same we are submitting to your office and kindly note the following:

1. The steel delivered on Saturday, 28-10-xxx and the sample was selected by you and we submitted to technical laboratory on the same day.
2. We have collected the report which is attached here with and satisfactory for the parameters mentioned in the report and compared with BS4449/2005.
3. Since the result are satisfactory, and we are following the approved drawing for placement /spacing at site.

So this is for your kind review and record and intimation that we are proceding the upper roof slab work and awaiting your formal approval.
