  Sub        : Regarding submission of the Signage Company proposal and our comments.

 Dear Sir,

 With reference to above, the Signage Company submitted us the drawings proposal and we received it and our comments forwarded to the proposed sub contractor yet to be nominated.

So, we are attaching the drawings for your review along with our comments as well as communication from the proposed Signage sub contractor is informal as nomination not yet finalized for scope/cost & time including proposal acceptance by client.
