Dear Sir,
We are writing following the receipt of Taking Over Certificate received via letter: xxx received on 18 September xxx.
Kindly find attached as appendix 1 the original warranties of Xxx for Pods structure and relative manufacturers/suppliers warranties.
The close out documents related to our scope are submitted, all the works related to us are completed and no any action is pending on Xxx.
In the end, we remind you on the amount of OMR 711.25 overdue since almost a year and a half and we urge you to release it on immediate basis.
In addition, we bring to your attention that we submitted on 20 September xxx, the interim payment application IPA#05 (appendix 2) for the first part of retention amounting OMR xxx and we request you to issue the relative payment certificate to allow us to submit our invoice accordingly.
