Subject Submission of MEP Variation Summary
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above we are hereby submitting the MEP Variation as per the changes in
Drawings issued from your office or from the authority including drawings issued by ID in our
books 1-4, we highlighted the as approved and as revised drawings and comparision between
the approved and revised scope for your review and approval along with the rates applicable
from BOQ (which is not applicable to be analysed by your good office/if any).
Please find the the variation summary in the following order:
- Book No. 1 Summary of Fire Fighting Variation – AED 150,445.35
- Book No. 2 Summary of Mechanical Variation – AED 106,743.24
- Book No. 3 Summary of Variation of Light Points – AED 37,400.00
- Book No. 4 Summary of Electrical Variation – AED 17,558.04
Please note that the variation needs to be dertermined within the time frame as per contract and wherever required, the instruction to be issued for additional work or deemed to be instructed if the drawings are issued from your office.
