Dear Mr xxx,

In reference to the Sub-Contract Agreement (Ref: xxx) entered between (i) China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) (the “Main Contractor”) and (ii) Unipods (The “Nominated Sub-Contractor”) in respect of the Supply, Delivery and installation of Bathroom Pods for the xxx Employee Accommodation project in RAK.

The Nominated Sub-Contractor is in receipt of Main Contractor letter Ref: xxx Dated 08 June xxx, subject: Subcontractor’s Programme.

No Subcontract (or any other type of contract) relating to this project existed on 30 May xxx between the Main Contractor and the Nominated Subcontractor. Consequently, the Main Contractor’s letter is false.

The Subcontract was signed by the Main Contractor and issued to the Nominated Subcontractor on 7 June xxx under signed transmittal. Please refer to letter ref (a) above.

In accordance with the signed Subcontract Agreement Sub-clause 4.2, the Nominated Subcontractor shall issue the programme within (7) days from the Subcontract Agreement. Therefore, on or prior to 14 June xxx.
