Dear Mr. Ibrahim,
With reference to the subject and further to receive the subcontract addendum (attached), herein unfortunately please be informed that we are not interested to enter subcontract addendum to cover the scope mentioned in M/s xxx Holding Limited ref: xxx amount of AED xxx (xxx Only). Our intention to perform this scope was based on urgent delivery on 10th December xxx as requested and agreed between the parties, but this was not happened from your side which cannot be accommodated at this moment in our factory production program.
In view of the above we request you to revise the subcontract addendum to cover only M/s xxx LOA ref: xxx amount of AED xxx (xxx Only) to be able to complete this scope.
