Dear Sir,

I’m writing following our previous letter reference (c) above regarding the shortage in wall tile type TL-202 to inform you that we haven’t received any new tile delivery since 25 February xxx and we still have a shortage of 5913 pcs in the quantity required to produce the last 35 pods for levels 34, 35 & 36.

We have been following up via Emails (appendix 1) for the remaining 5913 pcs of tile type TL-202 since 28 February xxx and we also raised our concerns on the criticality of this matter in the weekly reports that followed (appendix 2) but till date the remaining quantity is not yet delivered to M/s xxx (Contractor Name) nor we have a clear response on when exactly we can expect its arrival to allow us to plan our production.

Moreover, kindly note that we are yet to receive few remaining pcs from several Free Issue Materials required to complete the pods. (See appendix 3)

Accordingly, please note that once we receive the tiles and the other remaining Free Issue Materials, we will advise you on the completion date of these remaining 35 pods.

M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will not be responsible for any delay or consequences resulting from the delay in arranging the tiles or other Free Issue Materials as per the project requirement.
