Subject: status for the sanitary ware which are part of the PS/PC item
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are submitting the status of the sanitary ware and accessories total required item received and item balance to be supplied by the employer and kindly note the following.
1. Back of house toilet work will be started after WC cistern.
2. We are attaching the list and the back of house we received directly from the client supplied by ST-style. But we do not have the nomination for the balance item and WC tank (WC cistern) was not supplied for the back of house toilet area.
3. The Additional area for the 14th floor included in this list.
4. The Requirement of the garbage room which is shown in the HPG drawing not included.
5. Any other area at Ground and first floor which are part of the subcontractor scope not included.
So, this is for your kind information and record as well as request to do needful immediately.
