Dear Sir,
With reference to above, kindly find our reply for the above mentioned subject and reference.
1. Asper Dated: 14.01.xxx Ref: CC/AP/227/xxx is self explanatory and we informed all stake holder for the multiple beam and pump room as well as its opening to design the pool with respect of available structural drawing.
2. Your comments for the coordination issue we already sent you our communication ref 27/3/17 CC/UNITED/014 and reminder on 19/8/xx which is self explanatory that enough follow up in advance and very specific to the point.
3. The access requirement for the maintenance to benefit the product serviceability and operation point of view and access can’t be given through beam due to design constraint and we are following the suggestion agreed by all party for future maintenance.
So,the pool sub contractor concern for the future maintenance agreed by all stake holder and for us whatever the instruction to execute the work to fulfill the serviceability requirement is a variation work and to be approved before to execution of work due to involvement of specialized sub contractor.
