Dear Sir,
We refer to our Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 20th September xxx for the Supply and Installation of Wooden Doors and to your subsequent letters references xxx dated 1st July xxx and xxx regarding the proposed completion date and sequence of work respectively, please be informed that some of the Villas which are supposed to be handed over in August xxx are not yet ready to receive the doors (refer to the attached list and photos) which will delay the completion and handing over of these Villas.
In view of the aforementioned, this is to notify you that any delay in the completion and handing over of these Villas is not our responsibility, hence, we reserve our rights to claim for extension of time and additional cost as a result of this delay which is not from our end.
