As there are more activities at site now for xxx because of the unfinished pods, we had appointed a full time Project Engineer at site to monitor, organize and to maintain Unipods Quality standards. 

He has completed his B-tech in Mechanical Engineering and has project related experience. He is already trained with us and now we are confident that he can handle the site of his own but still under my direct supervision.
