Dear Sir,
Further to our Work Order reference xxx dated 23rd June xxx regarding the Interior Fit-Out Works for the Reception Lobby & Health Club for Clusters G11, G12 & G13 and to the current situation of the project, we would like to raise our deep concerns regarding the delays that we are encountering on the project particularly the Health Club.
Please be informed that Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors cannot progress further on the Health Club area as the site is not ready for us to carry out our works, hence, any delay in the project completion is not our responsibility. We reserve our rights to claim for extension of time and additional costs due to the site un-readiness.
