Subject:            Site Conditions – Damages to Joinery Works – Villas xxx

Dear Sir,

Further to our Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 20th September xxx for the External and Internal Wooden Doors and to xxx dated 20th September xxx for the Vanity Counters for the Villas, we would like to draw your attention regarding the damages done to our installed joinery works for Villas D113 and D114 and to the action by others in removing the protection (as shown on the attached photos).

It is clearly noted that the damaged to the joinery works as shown on the photos are by the subcontractor who carried out the painting works for the villas, moreover, these villas have been inspected already with approved as noted comments (refer to the attached IR’s).

In view of the, this is to notify you that we reserve our right to claim for additional cost and time for any rectification required due to these damages which is not in our control and the relevant cost will be submitted in due course. Meanwhile, we request you to strictly instruct other subcontractors working on the project to avoid damaging the joinery works as any damages to our works will be claimed as additional cost.
