shower area drawing change issue and verbal instruction at site

Subject: Regarding the shower area drawing change issue and verbal instruction at site.

Dear Sir,

With reference of above subject, we would like to inform you and requesting that we will not accept any verbal instruction to make any change or to follow because it become a trend at the project site that many time it is being quote that we told this and we told that as well as we are receiving from your office by stating it was discussed verbally and here on ward we will not accept any statement that it was discussed verbally and it was told verbally.

Furthermore, the shower tray area become an issue due to verbal instruction to have a change in the drawing and we would like to inform you note following.

1. In our tender drawing there is level difference by using 3mm SS-strip or SS-angle to create 10mm recess
2.  In the ID drawing which was issued on 28^th December 2016 they required the shower area level is same as outside of the shower glass area by dividing with stone piece as shown in the drawing  as well as  glass is fixed on top of the stone with metelic channel
3. There are the multiple verbal instructions without providing on the paper by instructing to the contractor should” make mockup like this and like that”?
4. Yesterday (20.6.2017) the ID Representative Mrs.Monika being called by Mr.Sailen verma to resolve this issue and she Instructed by drawing free hand sketch that we should prepare a mockup with 15mm recess by using C-channel to receive the glass and channel top level must match with the toilet floor level as well as 15mm channel will be visible inside the shower area.
5. The contractor raise the concern that the 15mm uniform level at channel area will create a problem to provide the slope from upper level from the channel edge to drain point.
6. Since last almost 2 month  many verbal instruction being delivered for the shower area without providing a written clear instruction and we are wasting our time as well as do not want to carry an exercise with the blame and rejection by using the simple terminology that we told like this and that.
7. Again we discussed same issue with Mr Sailen verma on dated 21.6.2017 and he instructed to Mrs.karen to provide the detail sketch to define the requirement for the shower area that is awaited still.

So, we would like to inform you that the contract is being blame for the mockup room delay and the Day to day verbal instruction created Chaos as well as dropping the idea through the brain storming is really issue at the project site.

It is request to Provide every instruction in black and white because contractor suffer a lot in mockup room and the reason behind is the verbal instructions by Mr.Sailen,Mrs.Karen,Mr.Saravan etc…and “you are addressing discuss verbally”.
