Subject:             Regarding Shoring Pile Breaking by xxx and Pending Issue Discussed in Meeting No. 11

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mention subject, the M/s xxx did not clear the entire issue of the Shoring Pile Rectification and after clearance of the Debris by xxx Contracting we noticed that the bottom area of the Shoring Piles are not rectified fully up to required depth and we are attaching photos that the rectification were incomplete same as the copping beam area.

Furthermore, we highlighted this issue in the meeting held on 22.11.15 and discussed that Chirag Contracting will do the needful as discussed after guniting by taking care of the timing. Meanwhile, we measure the area and pile position as shown in the photograph attached which are self-explanatory that it is not two hours job. It might need more than half day with two nos. of Jack Hammer. So we need to start one by one on regular basis to mitigate further risk or advice.
