Subject : Regarding the closing of shaft from 2nd floor to 13th floor approval and issue access door/panels for future maintenance
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, are hereby informing you that we are following several times to your office to deliver the final decision for the access door panel for the future maintenance along with the ladder and platform at closed shaft located at grid between 7-8/C-D from 2nd floor to 13th floor
Now, we are handling over the typial floor to the sub-conteractor and all Civil/MEP works were completed in every floor and kindly inform you the following:
1. If you are willing to provide the access door panel with ladder kindly provide the details drawing so we can prepare for the location of lights and ventilation as well as also we can submit the our variation for cost and time to execute (Reminder)
2. As per discussion with the client yesterday in the project site meeting (26.03.18) that we can follow our approved drawing and all the temporary access need to be close by the time for Civil Defence Inspection and this access will be created after completion of the project, kindly advice
3. If you are agreeing with the client’s proposal and willing to execute this after completion, we are suggesting to finish all required opening by this time as per required access door panel for future proposal and can be close by gypsium board with paint and it easy to open and execute the revise drawing by migitating the future civil work and all the surrounding finishing can be protected since there is no any demolition later on just to remove the gypsum board and drawing can be executed easily for door access window and ladder but final decision to be taken from your end
So, kindly review and we are requesting to finalise this decision pending since very long time and issue must be closed now.
