Subject           : Regarding our serious concern for the mock up approval due to verbal comments and delay issue.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we have a serious concern for the Vanity Counter inspection and note the following.

1. Inspection raised on 27^th July 2017, was released on 9^th Sep 2017 with unethical statement that it was verbally  commented on 3^rd Sep 2017, no such verbal instruction happen.

Kindly review your communication AP/CC/269/418 which is received on 4^th Sep 17, with instruction to submit the inspection request.

• Our ref no CC/AP/555/17 dtd 3^rd Sep 2017, is replyed on 4^th Sep 2017 So, no such inspection or verbal instruction happened at the site.               

We will not accept any verbal instruction without comment on the drawing and we like to inform you, we will not responsible for any delay for approval.If it is verbally instructed and further request that statement is unethical and self-explanatory as per attachment.
