Subject            : Second floor sunken area piping and intimation for filling.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, Our scope of work for the sunken area which is located at second floor we have only light weight filling. Now, we fixed all our pipeline which is passing through the sunken area and we will do the water test for leakage before filling.

Furthermore, we want to highlight that, do we require the water testing and we will keep the water in the pipe by marking the water level on the pipe that will be kept under observation and cross checked water level mark after filling for preventive checking that no damage/leakage during filling the floor.

So, this is for your kind information and intimation that, this area under the room floor and we do not have scope for water proofing.
