Subject:                 Revised RCP

Dear Mr. Loh,

We have received today the revised Reflected Ceiling Plans under Aconex Transmittal Reference: xxx attaching Mace letter to xxx dated 14^th October xxx.

• We have looked briefly and found out that many access panels moved positions compared to the reflected ceiling plans received on 15^th of September xxx and the agreed locations during the shop drawings preparation and approval thereafter.

• Please note that such changes, even few centimeters left or right, or orientations, will force us to revise all the shop drawings.

• Moreover, we already started manufacturing pods based on the approvals obtained so far.  A change at this point will put the whole production on hold, and will have consequences on the produced ceilings so far.

We would like to call for a conference call tomorrow around 11 a.m. to discuss this issue further and try to avoid such changes at this stage.  Our Technical & Design Manager Mr. xxx Hansen will call Mr. xxx at that time.
