Subject           : Response to your letter ref no.AP/269/CC/218 Dt:22.01.17 –floor and wall tiles for the mock-up rooms

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, kindly note the following in response to your letter ref AP/269/CC/218 Dt:22.01.17:

1. The tile quantity was confirmed by us to your office on 13.08.16 (copy attached)

• The delivery we requested from December 2016 in our program-PS/PC item and the communication you have provided was having quantity for three projects not specific for our project without having supplier name or contact number to discuss for the required delivery mechanism.

• The mock up room tile was requested separately and reminded several times which is required to finish the mock up room.

• For the delivery of the entire project kindly find our delivery schedule.

           a) 30% to be delivered in first week of February 2017

    b) 35% in April first week 2017

    c) Balance 35 % between 15-20 th of June 2017

1. Mock up room tile was  agreed by the client that they will supply separately during our follow up(quantity provided)

• The kitchen area additional tile we need clearance engineer’s instruction to proceed for the order.

• The pool deck tiling  shop drawing in progress and the tile quantity will be provided in the square meter and clients are asking in number of pieces that we found very difficult we can provide approximate quantity for different sizes of tile., the supplier should assess the realistic quantity.

So, this is for your kind information to provide the mock up tile immediately and rest of the tiles as described above.
