Dear Mr. Neel,
We received your letter regarding the shaver sockets requirement. Please see below our response for your information and record.
- As per the approved superimposed layout the pods are labelled as follows,
- Type 1 : Bedroom 1
- Type 2 : Bedroom 2
- Type 3 : Master Bathroom
- According to the comments we received from the Consultant Ref: D17-85 C/ Main/ SO – 0298 dated 17th November xxxx clearly states Shaver outlet to be added within the Master bathroom only. (Please see attached comment sheet pertaining to the matter from the mentioned Reference letter)
- (Contractor Name) submitted a variation whereby it is clearly stating that the addition is only applicable for Pod Type 03. Please refer to the attached emails dated 11th December xxxx and 12th December xxxx for your quick reference.
We cannot agree to your statement that (Contractor Name) have not complied with the consultant’s instruction. (Contractor Name) highlighted very clearly in our variation submittal that the provision is considered only in Type 3 Master bathroom pods based on the Mockup comments which you had also confirmed to us officially via an email dated 11th December xxxx. However if you want us to consider the shaver outlet provision in Type 1 Bedroom 1 pods, Please be informed that we are entitled for variation on all the future delivery of pods only.
