This is further to above cited xxx letter, we are in receipt of photos of said project in compliance or violation report V-xxx and the same will be submitted to DDA to close it out.
Further into this issue, xxx is giving only until Thursday 26th November 2020 to change the Contractor’s name with DDA and provide us the confirmation for the same. If not done until the given time frame, then xxx will make their way as mentioned earlier letter.
