Subject        : Requirement of core cutting for steel structure erection at gas tank area due to Re-bar obstruction

Dear Sir,

With respect above our sub contractor have completed the drilling whereas it is possible and at many location he is unable to drill the hole because of the  re-bar strirrups obstruction and it require the core cutting company to make the hole because of reinforcement bar right in front of our nut bolt position.

So, as activities on very critical and we are proceeding to call one core cutting company for the drilling and the variation will be submitted.

So, the core cutting scope for steel structure was not taken into account in our variation. Since it is unforeseen and this will be the variation and we can not hold the work and proceeding to do the core cutting.

This is for your kind intimation and record and variation will be submitted as per quantity from the site.
