Dear Mr. xxx,

With ref. to above we are here by requesting to provide the proposal, sample and material specification with respect of following documents which must be reviewed to provide the proposal as soon as possible and kindly find the following attached specification and drawings

1. Gypsum board partition specification which include gypsum board and Calcium silicate partition and review the code requirement from specification.
2. The G.I framing material with specification as per the code requirement from the attached document.
3. The sound insulation filler material which is very specific material and the source need to be searched out for required STC and dB as per requirement of hotel project for of sound insulation partition.
4. Your submittals must include the sound insulation technical characteristics document and proper submittal with sample board, catalogue and supplier company profile.

Kindly provide the following within a week time:

1. Material proposal with specification and data sheet as per code mentioned.
2. Filler material as per sound insulation requirement.
3. The framing material as per specification mentioned and code requirement.
4. The material sample as per drawings A-633, A-634, A-635A, A-635B as per drawing attached.
