Subject : Regarding Issue related entrance area flooring and request to release the ramp drawing for physically challenge people as well as interlock stamp drawing from the RTA
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we would like to request you that we are holding the entrance area granite flooring and kindly clarify the following:
1. The ramp for physically challenge people drawing must be release from your office or clear it that we can follow the approved drawing without any ramp.
2. The FFL from the road is +0.35m and if we follow the same our riser height will be 20cm high which is seems to be very high as per our opinion. We required your clarification that can be follow the same height because normally the entrance step height is 150mm as per our experience.
3. Our interlock NOC has not been submitted to RTA because the document released from your office with letter ref. no. AP/269/CC/613 dated may 06, 2018 does not carry the interlock drawing stamped by RTA with their comments because the interlock drawing needs to submit manually to RTA office by you office along with the required documents.
4. We had a meeting in you main office on May 8, 2018 with Mr. Rajat Sharma and our interlock sub-contractor which discussed the requirement of RTA stamped drawing for interlocking and sub-contractor can not proceed for interlock NOC application without RTA stamped drawing.
So, we can not proceed for the granite flooring work at entrance lobby area till your calrification or instruction as well as interlock NOC application also required the missing documents.
Kindly do needful at your earliest because the flooring and the aluminum glazing with rotating door remain underhold until you did clear the same.
