Subject      :    Request to provide clearance for Nomination of various subcontractors

Dear Sir

With reference to the above, we request you to kindly provide us the clearance for the items mentioned below to enable us to carry out our works:

1. We would like to highlight that some items have been delivered by the subcontractors at the site without any formal documents from the Consultants incuding specification the area where it is to be used. We request for complete handing over from the Consultant comprisive of Quotation, Terms and Condittions, Guarantee/Warranty details etc.
2. All the Nomination for the structural cabling, stag bar, all day dining, corridors, pool bar and reception fitout works are missing the quotation and paymet terms without which we cannot process the LPO or the Contract Agreement.
3. GRMS and Low Voltage subcontractor has not yet been finalized and we will not be able to receive any document submittals from unauthorized subcontractors. Kindly provide complete Nomination or issue documents with Consultant instruction/comments.
4. External Plaster has been carried out without Nomination of the Façade Lighting subcontractor and rework will not be Main Contractor’s responsibility. We will charge for required rework (if any) @ AED 150/LM for cutting and repair with special mortar.

So, this is for your intimation, kindly take immediate action in this regard.
