Subject:                Request to expedite site preparation to allow for pods installation

Dear Sir,

We are writing to urge you to expedite the site preparation necessary to allow us to install the pods delivered to site.

As per the attached appendix A, you can notice that there are 17 pods that have been delivered to site from 14 to 26 days ago but till date their location isn’t ready yet for final installation.

Such delay in site preparation leading to a delay in the pods installation is directly impacting our inspection requests submission and consequently affecting our work certification and payments.

You are kindly requested to address this matter seriously for these 17 pods and for the future deliveries of pods in subsequent levels.
